Create content, earn commission
Once in, you'll get a unique affiliate link. Start sharing FLOWN in your content, guide your audience to attend a session and use your link to share a 20% membership discount. Every new paying member you bring nets you a 20% commission whether they choose monthly or annual subscriptions.

How will I get paid?
Your commission accumulates over time. Once it reaches the minimum threshold of $30, a payment is triggered and transferred to you.

What happens if a member cancels their subscription?
If a member decides to cancel their subscription, any future commission associated with that particular membership ceases and you will stop earning commission on that subscription.

If a member uses an alternative discount code impact my commission
If a member used an alternative discount code your commission will be calculated based on the final amount paid by the member. For example, if a member pays £90 for a yearly membership after a 50% discount, you will still receive your 20% commission, equating to £18.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and effective as of this day, between FLOWN, ("Merchant"), and you, ("Affiliate").

Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to permit you to earn referral fees for certain sales made to users directed to Merchant from Affiliate's marketing channels.
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site or promotional methods are unsuitable for the Affiliate Program for any reason.
Referral Fees
The Affiliate will receive a 20% referral fee in net revenue (after taxes & fees) on purchases for subscriptions to the Merchant platform made by new customers who were referred to Merchant by the Affiliate. This referral fee will be valid for one year from the date of their first purchase. For the avoidance of doubt this referral fee is only applicable on monthly and yearly subscriptions to the Merchant platform, no other products sold to the customer by the Merchant are included. For the purposes of this agreement, a 'new customer' is someone who has never purchased from the Merchant before and is not in the Merchant's current customer database.
Discount Offer
New customers referred by the Affiliate will receive a 20% discount on their purchases. This discount will be valid for one year from the date of their first purchase.
Payment Conditions
The Affiliate will be paid their accumulated fees within 14 days of the following month that the payment has been received from the new customer. There is a minimum payment threshold of £30. If the Affiliate's earned fees for a particular month are less than £30, the balance will be carried over to the following month until the £30 threshold has been met.
Affiliate's Responsibilities
The Affiliate will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their site and for all materials that appear on their site. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that all materials posted on their site are not illegal and do not infringe on the rights of any person or entity of any kind.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate will cease to be an affiliate and will remove all affiliate links and Merchant’s branding from Affiliate's site.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to the Affiliate, the Affiliate's only recourse is to terminate this Agreement.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate websites that are similar to or compete with your website.
